I'm deeply excited by the thought of sharing in the madness that fueled Van Gogh, Lautrec, Picasso and so many other great talents. Who wants to join me?

Absinthe
On Wired.com today, I ran across the article "The Mystery of the Green Menace". It's about Ted Breaux, a chemist and environmental microbiologist who's used his knowledge to resurrect a true absinthe. Something that's been lost over a century of demonization and criminalization. Its a facinating read and the best thing is that a Google search turned up his company, Jade Liqueurs AND their worldwide distributor Liqueurs de France.

IT's funny, Suzy and I watched Moulin Rouge last night, and shook our heads at the silly absinthe drinkers. But now it's real! I want to cough up bits of bloody lung, just like Nicole Kidman, while singing Madonna songs! But seriously, I'd be curious to taste it...
I'm down for the green fairy. But I can't be held responsible for anything I might say, do, eat, fuck, or write while I'm under the influence.
I refer, on two accounts to my blog. My most recent post is about prohibition, and the one right before it is about the smurf ads wa duiscussed at din din the other night.
As far as tasting, taking the actual stuff, I am curious, but would need a ton more data on the anomalous nature of the fucunditary perpetitude of the desidious drink of green colour.
er, yeah.
Sounds interesting. So, how about some Disneyland pictures, Chris? Your fans demand it.
